Would it not be nice
To have mothman's blood red eyes
Of the moon's power is he
Or perhaps of sun or skies infinity
Among the bombs and old death traps he reigns
Yet I wonder what in the universe
Could create such a being
So different to what we are used to seeing
How could the god of the skies
Create something with such demonic eyes
Or what in evolutionary soup
Could create something of that size that can out run a car in a loop
Is he an animal a man a demon or what
Or maybe he is a juggernaut
He will screech like an owl or like a serpent he will hiss
But he seems like something from the abyss
I would say
That he has an angels DNA
But how could a demon and an angel combine
To create something that might be light years ahead of its time
